I've been for the past two months trying to make healthier eating choices. I purchased a Ninja Air Fryer and my life has changed. A quick chop of a potato, seasoned with salt and pepper, and tossed with a tsp of extra virgin olive oil has created a perfect breakfast potato in the air fryer (25 mins). My daughters love them! I add other breakfast favorites like eggs or egg whites, fruit, and a buttery croissant. Voilà, we have breakfast!
